I've ordered from Germany for my wedding a Salwar set. The WhatsApp contact was perfect and they are very friendly and cleared all of my questions. So far I am satisfied

So far I am satisfied. The items are around 45-59 that I order and the quality matches with the prize. Unlike Utssav where $50-$70 dollar item has the most cheap fabric.

As long as they continue to provide good quality fabric and good stitching, I will shop here and keep my rating high.

I did order Anarkali where the stitching came off /bad stitching but that only happened with one item. After that I ordered another and that was fine.

I didn't bother to ask for replacement. But so far their customer service seems good, I think if I had reached out, they would have been helpful.

As of now my high rating is mostly for their kameez and custom stitching for kameez. As that is what I ordered the most.

Everyone is skeptical when buying from a new site, and I was too when I came across Salwari but I took a leap of faith and ordered various sarees and lehenga for an upcoming wedding, the customer service team was there to guide me through and even called to confirm the delivery date. I was promised the date I needed but to my surprise, the orders arrived 13 days itself
