  • What payment options are available?
    We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards, Paypal, Net Banking & UPI payments.
     
  • If I place an order, when will I receive it?
    Time to dispatch varies from Item to Item. You can check "SHIPPING INFORMATION"  section on product detail page for approx time to dispatch days. 

    If opted for stitching services, additional 5 working days would be needed to ship the item(s). 

    Once we dispatch your product, our courier can takes around 3-6 business days to deliver the product at your doorstep.
     
  • What do you mean by Ready to Ship?
    Ready to Ship means, product is ready to dispatch within 1 business day after order placed. We'll need 4 - 6 business days to deliver the item to your doorstep. It's depending on your delivery location and prevailing import norms.

    If opted for stitching services, additional 5 working days would be needed to ship the item(s). 
     
  • How can I track my order?
    Once we dispatch your product you will receive an email with tracking number and courier detail, so you can track your order.
     
  • What is shipping charges to my country?
    Shipping charges are varies from location and product weight, You can check final shipping charges on checkout page while placing an order.

    Shipping charges also varies as per the ongoing promotion / offers. 

    Please note: For international shipments, the products may be subjected to custom taxes as per the destination country’s rules and regulations and the same is not in our control or included in the shipping charge. The same is expected to be directly borne by the customer.

  • My order is shipped but still I didn't received it?
    After dispatch, shipment normally takes around 3-6 working days to get delivered at your doorstep. 

    In rare case you might experience delay in delivery because of clearance at the origin or the destination country.
     
  • Why do we have to pay Custom Duty charges?
    Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller's control and are determined by the respective countries local government bodies.
     
  • How will I know if the order has been placed successfully?
    Once order placed successfully, you will receive order confirmation email from us. Alternatively, you can also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order.
